We had a great time at “Deer Camp”
Here is the recipe I made and took to Iuka (Deer Camp) It was really good and super easy to make. I hope you enjoy it.
Chicken Taco Dip
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup
Put all the ingredients in a crock pot on low until bubbles and cheese is melted. Stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips! Yum.
Jill’s Notes: I used more chicken. Probably around 3 – 4 cups. I increased the other ingredients to: 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup ranch dressing, 3/4 cup salsa, 2 1/2 – 3 cups cheese and then sprinkled a little more of the spices. I added some chopped jalapeno and cilantro to kick it up a bit.
